UX Elicitation & Redefinition
I aimed to simplify the IA and take what was initially a labyrinth of resource pages and to redefine it as a one-stop-shop recruiting website.
UI Designs & Motion Comps
My approach in the redesign was to reference modern art and minimalist designs as well as the current marketing and digital LinkedIn branding style. I then created design mockups using Sketch and After Effects.
As part of the design and development process, I successfully pitched the idea to the design team and director to leverage Webflow to visually code the new site. I then proceeded to develop our new site using Webflow.

As part of the design.linkedin redesign, my responsibilities were to build a Youtube channel for the site. I filmed and edited at several events in the effort to create video content for the channel.
